We take great pride in offering handmade, high-end Bollywood replica outfits using pure fabrics as per design, hand-sewn embroidery, machine embroidery and custom fittings to your measurements. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand the process.

1. General Guidelines

Our return and exchange policy is applicable only for ready to ship, non-customized orders. Customized orders, including custom measurements, special requests, and personalized designs, are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of customization.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items are not returned in their original condition.
Any requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized Orders: Any outfit made to your specific measurements, with custom embroidery, colors, or unique design modifications is non-returnable.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Accessories: Jewelry, dupattas, or other accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Ready to Ship and Catalog Dresses: Returns are only available for ready-to-ship and catalog dresses that are not customized. Items cannot be returned based on the fact that they do not look exactly like the picture, as some variations are to be expected due to photography, screen settings, and the nature of fabric dyes.
Digital Image Disclaimer: The colors and texture of the items may look different from the pictures due to digital image capture effects, lighting, and screen display variations. Minor differences in color or materials (such as fabric, sequin cloth, borders, and prints) are expected, as some items are subject to availability and may vary slightly. A variation in shade or embellishment fading is also considered normal.

4. Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Request Approval: Email us at sales@shamacollection.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return a. Our customer service team will review your request and provide approval along with return instructions if the request meets our policy.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Shama's Collection is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. The item must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving approval.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are only available for eligible items as mentioned.

5. Exchange Process

At Shama's Collection, we do not exchange customised products.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

At Shama's Collection, we ensure every outfit undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us at sales@shamacollection.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description. We will take prompt action to correct the situation, which may include a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

7. Important Considerations

Order Processing and Shipping Time: Shipping duration is exclusive of stitching time for customized outfits. Typically, we take 3-4 weeks to ship from the day we receive your final measurement. If a special delivery date is required, it must be mentioned in your email while placing the order. Any delivery dates provided are approximate, and we are not liable for delays.
Shipping Policy: We assure secure packaging through shipping agencies, but once the package is delivered, the security of the package becomes the responsibility of the customer. Shama's Collection is not responsible for delays due to issues from the shipping agency or unavailability of the recipient during delivery attempts.
Custom Charges: Any customs or duties applicable to the ordered items are billed separately by the courier company at the time of delivery. These are not included in the payment made to Shama's Collection.

8. Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your outfit:

Dry Clean Only: Due to the use of customized fabric colors and embellishments, we recommend dry cleaning only.
Ironing: Steam ironing is the best method for such garments to avoid damage.

9. Payment and Security

Payment Policy: Payments for customized and Bollywood items must be made in advance through our online payment processing. If you do not receive confirmation or invoice emails, please contact us.
Credit Card Information: You agree to provide accurate and valid credit card information for availing services on our site. The information provided will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or for fraud verification purposes. Shama's Collection will not be liable for any credit card fraud, and the responsibility for proving otherwise lies solely with the customer.

Customer information is used primarily for order purposes. We may also use your contact information to send you marketing and promotional content regarding new collections, exclusive offers, and events. We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your information to third parties.
